Healthy Avocado Chocolate Mousse

Vegan + gluten-free + Dairy-free

 

This avocado chocolate mousse is creamy, satisfying and delicious. Its a quick dessert that tastes amazing topped with cacao nibs or fruit. Best of all; you can indulge anytime you like – GUILT FREE since it is completely dairy, sugar & gluten free!

Healthy Avocado Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients:

 2 Ripe/overripe avocados
 2 tbsp Cacao powder (I love LOVING EARTH)
 1 tbsp Chia seeds
 ½ tsp Vanilla
 270 ml Coconut milk (1 small AYAM tin)
 2 tbsp Rice malt syrup

Instructions:

Put all ingredients into a blender/food processor. I use the small cup of my NutriBullet PRO). Zoosh until well combined - the mixture should be fairly thick.

Pour/spoon mixture into 3-4 small cups and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

You can serve topped with cacao nibs (as pictured), slivered almonds, coconut shavings or small pieces of fruit.
